Reporting

If your child will be 6 before the school year starts, or has attended school before, you will  need to report them to your district.

This document gives a summary of what the reporting process is. Here is a sample affidavit and sample objectives taken from AskPauline.com.  Remember to keep samples of work from each subject, take some photos of field trips, and keep a calendar of days 'worked'. 

For days at PHA, remember that you will have a weekly summary of what the students have done, so you can always summarize, print out, or copy and paste some or all of that into a document to add to your portfolio!
